Ingredients

• 5 cups diced watermelon, divided
• 6 oz gin, divided
• 8 tbsp lime juice, divided
• 1-1/3 cups ginger ale, divided
• Lime wedges, for garnish

Directions

1. Freeze 1 c watermelon for garnish.
2. Purée the remaining 4 c watermelon then strain.
3. Pour everything into the watermelon keg and stir. It’s that easy!
